jiliif ("we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at jiliif.club and is the personal information controller (as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012) responsible for the personal data of registered Users and website visitors. • GCash account number linked to the registered mobile number;

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, every Filipino player who has entrusted personal data to jiliif holds the following rights. jiliif is committed to honouring these rights promptly and without unnecessary barriers:

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact jiliif's Data Protection Officer (DPO) as described in Section 14. jiliif will respond to substantive data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt and verification of the requestor's identity. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case jiliif will notify you of the extended timeline and the reason for the extension.

The jiliif platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. jiliif does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The age verification process applied during registration and KYC is designed to identify and reject applications from minors.

If jiliif becomes aware that personal data of a person under 21 years of age has been collected — whether through fraudulent misrepresentation or system circumvention — jiliif will immediately suspend the affected Account, delete or anonymize the personal data to the extent legally permissible, return any real-money deposits to the payment source, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR if required.

Parents, guardians, and other responsible adults who believe a minor may have accessed jiliif are urged to contact jiliif support immediately so that the situation can be investigated and resolved promptly.

The jiliif platform may contain operational links to third-party game content delivered via embedded iframes by certified game providers. While jiliif carefully vets all game providers for compliance with applicable data protection and technical standards, jiliif does not control the data practices of third-party game providers once a user session is initiated within a game iframe.

jiliif is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others) accessed through the platform's cashier.
