In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiliif. By completing the registration process on the jiliif platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any service provided by jiliif, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law;
• Your use of the jiliif platform does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You consent to jiliif's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all versions of the jiliif platform, including browser-based access, any future mobile applications, and all associated promotional communications. jiliif reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14.

The minimum age to register for and use the jiliif platform is twenty-one (21) years, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jiliif will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned where legally possible, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

The jiliif platform is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms and accept sole responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such access. jiliif reserves the right to restrict access to the platform based on IP geolocation, and Users circumventing such restrictions via VPN or proxy services do so in breach of these Terms.

The following persons are not eligible to hold a jiliif Account and are strictly prohibited from using the platform:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jiliif or any other gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of jiliif or its game providers;
• Persons located in or residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions;
• Persons who have previously had a jiliif Account terminated for cause.

Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on jiliif. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiliif employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts may be suspended without notice, balances may be forfeited, and the User may be permanently barred from the platform.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. jiliif reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification documents, proof of address, and payment method ownership. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR requirements, jiliif is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) National ID, Department of Foreign Affairs passport, Land Transportation Office driver's license, Social Security System (SSS) card, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) card, and Philippine Postal ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions on the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliif Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by the platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Never allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;
• Immediately notify jiliif support upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

jiliif will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. jiliif staff will never request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

jiliif accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed on the Cashier page. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliif reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to the User's jiliif Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliif is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or Philippine network infrastructure.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification. jiliif targets processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. jiliif reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, including but not limited to large amounts or unusual account activity patterns.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending investigation if jiliif reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, account compromise, Bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. jiliif will communicate the reason for any such hold to the User within a reasonable timeframe.

All transactions on jiliif are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliif does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User and their payment provider.

jiliif may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload credits, and other promotional incentives to Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Promotions page at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Users must wager the qualifying deposit plus Bonus Funds the specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — live casino games typically contribute 100% while certain other categories may contribute at lower rates. jiliif strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine game participation, colluding with other Users to exploit promotional terms, and any other activity designed to extract bonus value without legitimate gaming intent. Users found to have engaged in Bonus abuse will have their winnings voided and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Bonus Funds and free spins expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonus credits are automatically removed from the User's Wallet and are not recoverable.

All Games available on the jiliif platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply to all Games on jiliif:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. No cancellation of confirmed wagers is permitted except where expressly provided in the applicable game rules;
• In the event of a Game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, jiliif reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the User's Wallet. This determination is made at jiliif's sole discretion based on server-side game records;
• jiliif's server-side records constitute the definitive and authoritative record of all gaming transactions. In any dispute, the server-side record prevails over the User's device-side display;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each Game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding maximum limits may be voided at jiliif's discretion;
• All Games certified as using a Random Number Generator (RNG) use systems independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. Applicable RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on the individual game information pages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliif platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence software to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding jiliif or other platform users;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to obscure the origin of funds;
• Unauthorized access to jiliif's systems, databases, or software infrastructure;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks through your payment provider;
• Any conduct that disrupts the platform experience for other Users;
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at jiliif staff.

jiliif is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR standards applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market. jiliif recognizes that for a minority of players, gambling can develop from recreational entertainment into a problematic behaviour pattern, and the platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be reduced during the cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations after which automatic logoff occurs;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to six (6) months;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion, after which jiliif will take all reasonable steps to prevent account access for a minimum of five (5) years;
• Reality Checks: Optional reminders notifying Users of total time spent and net wagering position during an active session.

All content on the jiliif platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game graphics, software code, user interface designs, text, and multimedia content (collectively, "jiliif Content"), is owned by or licensed to jiliif and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliif platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jiliif Content without prior written consent from jiliif. Any unauthorized use of jiliif Content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliif's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by the User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliif shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of goodwill; interruption of gaming service due to circumstances beyond jiliif's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service outages.

jiliif reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; legal or regulatory requirements; or any conduct that jiliif reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its Users, or its business operations.

Upon termination for cause, jiliif reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from activity that violated these Terms, and retain the real-money balance pending investigation. Real-money balances not implicated in prohibited activity will be returned to the User's registered payment method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation.

Users may voluntarily close their jiliif Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the bonus balance forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining after bonus forfeiture will be disbursed to the User's registered payment method.

jiliif reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, and will be published on the jiliif website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the jiliif platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jiliif platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. jiliif recommends that all Users periodically review these Terms to remain informed of the current agreement governing their use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the jiliif platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact jiliif's customer support team to seek informal resolution. jiliif commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days. Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct engagement with the jiliif support team, and formal dispute resolution should be considered a last resort.

For gaming-related disputes specifically, jiliif's server-side records shall be the primary evidentiary basis for determining the outcome of any disputed wager, in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
